The Ownley Sunshine Mini Dress is a bias cut dress with a deep V-neckline and open back. It has a tie at the neck and a waterfall ruffle on the hem. This dress has no lining but is fabricated with an opaque material. This material is cut on bias, meaning the Sunshine drapes on the body beautifully.
